Where's Spot?

Spot is a little puppy dog and his mama wants him to come eat his dinner, but she can’t find him! He is hiding. Is he hiding in the closet? Or under the chair? It is fun to lift the flaps until I find him! Then he can eat his dinner.

Animals Should Definitely Not Wear Clothing

This is a funny book…because animals certainly should not wear clothes! Porcupines would stick right through the shirts. Camels are too lumpy. And where would an elephant find shoes that fit? God created animals to have all the “clothes” they need: feathers, fur, padded paws. But it is funny to imagine animals in clothes!

Angelina is a little mouse who loves to dance. She dances all the time. She dances to school. She dances when she should be doing her chores. She dances when she should be going to bed. She is so busy dancing, she doesn’t watch where she is going and she knocks over things, making a mess.

So, her mama and papa decide she can do to dance school for dance lessons. When she gets to dance at school every day, she stops dancing at home when she should be obeying her mama. And she learns to dance so well she doesn’t knock things over anymore. She even grows up to be a lovely dancer. Someday, maybe, I can have dance lessons, too!

Ninja!

I’m not exactly sure what a ninja is. But I know after visiting my cousins this week that little boys like to fight, and wrestle, and be tough. And that is what this little boy in the book does. So, I guess that’s what ninjas do. They are also sneaky. And they are quiet. But they should also be nice…or they will get in trouble with their mamas.
