Father and Mother aren’t paying attention to Nora. Baby Jack needs lots of help and Big Sister Kate can do big things, but not Nora. So, Nora makes noise. Lots of noise. Knocks things over, pours out Kate’s marbles and even flies a kite in the house! She is being very bad just so everyone will notice. But they don’t. So, Nora runs away. When everything is quiet, they hunt for her. But they can’t find her! What will they do? Wait! Nora tumbles out of the closet with lots and lots of noise.
I love this book. Mama says it’s a good lesson, too, that I don’t need to be mean and noisy like Nora when I am told to wait.
